Drakes on gate.

I'm an Amarr in game and thought that I'll be pure Amarr flying only golden Jamyl Sarum blessed hulks. But I tired of constant EM/Thermal damage of amarr's lasers. In some situations it really sucks. For example if you want quickly rat some Angels you need T2 fitted battleship 'cause T2 battlecruiser is simply not enough.

I was choosing between Sacrilege and Drake. Drake wins due to low-cost, tough tank and good bonuses to heavy missiles (which also have good range).

CCP just reserved the title DUST 514 and gas mask-equipped logo (pictured above). Logo seems similar to EVE Online logo. And considering some not very old strange video with shooter elements we can presume that CCP is preparing FPS in EVE setting. Maybe.

I've purchased my first battlecruiser yesterday. It'a an amarr's Prophecy which is also often named as "Golden beak". Not rushing to use it though and waiting for some skills to level up. Hopes with that bird I can run lvl 3 mission without any significant problems.

Take a little brake from virtual space adventures due to some real life issues and work. Another hail to EVE Online skills system! I'm still learning something new even if I don't play EVE at all. My next objective is: cloaking and cover ops frigate.

I've lost my Maller during salvaging in low-sec yesterday. Assault Vagabond warped on me. With simple salvaging fit (tractors, salvagers, cargohold expanders and AB) I had no chance against matar vessel armed with 425mm autocannons II and pack of hobgoblins.

It's not a big deal in general. Insurance payment is equal new Maller cost and fitting was not pricey (I'm trying to keep my fitting low cost as possible). So after 10 minutes on market at Amarr prime I was ready for take off.

I like low-security zones for these unsuspected moments.

Mission run with corp mates from great and only Volition Cult. Lot of lasers shooting and ventrilo shouting. Hell of fun and a lot of wreckage to collect and salvage.

By the way if you a pirate female by nature (I'm not like pirating but maybe you do) and interested in EVE Online you should check famous Hellcats corporation. It's a female only yarr company which is flying reckless - and this means they are flying fun.

Maller on mission. That was maybe toughest level 3 mission I had. A lot of heavy ships with support. Our small team (3 ships) finally got damn commander's head after few tries and rewarps. Phew...

My medium energy turrets skill is almost perfect. I'm still need to complete drones learning and after that I'll be ready for Omen switch.
